Your company headquarters: We arrange legal and legally compliant office space in Romania free of commission

Right at the start of the incorporation process, you will need a registered office for your Romanian company.

Many start-up agencies offer office space for rent on the Internet. Unfortunately, these offers are often not transparent and you cannot tell from them whether these premises are actually available and whether they are not already occupied several times.

The risk of running into problems with such an address is high. Especially when you realize that you cannot find office space on the open market at the prices offered in cities such as Bucharest, Sibiu or Brasov.

We work with several reputable partners who operate office complexes with shared infrastructure (e.g. reception, meeting rooms and toilets) and can rent you an office space here.

The monthly rent is EUR 50 plus VAT and is payable in advance for 6 months. You will of course receive a proper invoice addressed to your new Romanian company.
