The Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Community (French: Nomenclature statistique des activités économiques dans la Communauté européenne) is a system for classifying economic activities developed by the European Union.
In simple terms, NACE is a list of industry designations and their codes.
From this list, you must select the codes in which you want to operate when you set up your company in Romania. One code must be specified as the "main industry".
The sectors of your Romanian company can be chosen very freely. For example, it is possible to combine online services with activities in tourism or the agricultural sector.
You will receive the NACE code list from us at the beginning of the foundation process.
Of course, you can adapt your company at any time by applying for additional codes or deleting unused sectors.
We will be happy to advise you on this.
